or phenomenon of Kuchmism

What did nowadays authorities construct in Ukraine? What kind of political system or regime is it, does it have any analogues in historical retrospective and is there any chance to preserve it in more or less further future? Let us have a look at it.

The first is a head of this regime’s pyramid. It is well-known Leonid Kuchma, a red-haired, long-nose, inexpressive small man. By the will of fortune and thanks to some (rather determinative) aid of those, who were satisfied by his candidature, he, perhaps unexpectedly to himself, became a leader of the biggest and, probably, the richest state of Europe. Nowadays everybody knows what happened during 10 years of Kuchma’s “state constructing”. Suffice it to say that for these years the population of Ukraine decreased by 4 million people, a number equal to losses in a large-scale warfare. Who commanded together with Kuchma that undeclared war against own nationals and who still enjoys the results of these “operations” against own peoples? Who shares the riches of Ukraine and who has a monopoly of power nowadays?

The names of them are well-known. As some Mass media (“Lvivska hazeta”, “Silski visti”, “Personal plus” etc.) have informed the riches of Ukraine are in the hands of three main clans (also: Russian who is who. – 2004. – № 3(42) and Invest-gazeta. – 2004. – 22, June)

“Family” clan of Dnipropetrovsk

The framework of this clan consists of persons who belong to Kuchma’s inner circle. The most influential figure of the clan is V. Pinchuk, a member of Habad sect (i.e. Judaic Nazi, according to E. Khodos’s definition) and a husband of divorced Kuchma’s daughter – O.Franchuk (she is an owner “Kyivstar”, one of the biggest cellular radiotelephone companies in Ukraine, which is called by people “Kuchmastar”). President’s son-in-law owns controlling amounts of stock of the biggest in CIS piping producer (“Inter-pipe”) that bought up by machinations the most advanced and profitable metallurgical companies. Among mass media Pinchuk controls “Fakty” newspaper, all-Ukrainian TV-channels like “ICTV”, “STB”, “Novyi kanal”, and “11^th TV-channel” in Dnipropetrovsk etc. The main functions of this clan, according to analysts, are the control over state sector of Ukrainian economy and the lobbing of own interests related to military-industrial establishment, i.e. the “heart” of any state-construction. A “financier” of the “family” Kuchma-Pinchuk’s clan is “Privatbank” in Dnipropetrovsk, the second bank of Ukraine by amount of assets. Analysts also include S.Tigipko in this clan, a head of the National Bank of Ukraine and, at the same time, a leader of “Trudova Ukraina” political party (nowadays he is a chief of Yanukovich staff in presidential elections campaign). Tigipko’s party co-members are V. Pinchuk and former head of President Administration office, nowadays vice-premier D. Tabachnyk (by the way, during parliamentary elections the latter wrote “Orthodox” in a handbill instead of nationality). The clan is influenced sometimes by Derkach family (father and son – both are deputies of the Parliament), whose activity is connected with V. Rabinovich, a well-known criminal and a head of all-Ukrainian Jewish congress. These persons control “Ukrainian press-group” holding company, which includes such editions like “Komsomolskaya Pravda v Ukraine”, “Moskovskiy komsomolec v Ukraine”, “Argumenty i fakty v Ukraine”, “Delovaya nedelia”, “Telenedelia”, “Kievskiy telegraph” ect. (According to different information these are pro-Zionist and ukrainophobic mass media that support Russianization policy of Ukrainian peoples). This list of mass media should be added by such Rabinovich’s creations like “Stolichnye novosti”, “Stolichka”, a row of Jewish newspapers and TV-programs, which has been turned long ago into anti-Ukrainian and xenophobic editions aimed to unleash the international, interreligious strife and spread of cynical debauchery in Ukrainian society (in this field a Jew V. Katzman, an editor in chief of Rabinovich’s filth, competes with another “sex fiend” – a Jew D. Gordon, an editor in chief of “Boulevard”, in a drafting committee of which was and is a nowadays vice-premier of humanitarian (!) questions Tabachnyk the “Orthodox”).

 

Kyiv clan – Social-Democratic Party of Ukraine (united) (SDPU(o))

This is a clan of V. Medvedchuk and G. Surkis, scandalously “famous” persons in Ukraine (and abroad). The first one is a head of Kuchma’s President Administration office and a leader of “united social-democrats”(who are called in public “circumcisionists” because of statement of V. Nychyporuk, a SDPU(o) former member, that this is a party of “Jewish regime in Ukraine” (internet edition “Glavred”, 9, December 2003). The second person is a deputy of the parliament, “great businessman” and “great footballer”; under his lead Ukrainian football, which was famous throughout the world in past, is surely hammered in the lowest positions of European rating nowadays. The Russian analysts say: “as a fact SDPU(o) is ruled by following group: ex-president of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk, Viktor Medvedchuk, brothers Igor and Grigoriy Surkis, ex-mayor of Kyiv in the beginning of the 1990-s Valentin Zgurkiy, businessmen from Kyiv – Bogdan Gubskiy, Yuriy Plugnikov and others”(Russian who is who – 2004. – № 3). According to promulgated data this clan runs a whole net of off-shore companies (as well as Kuchma-Pinchuk clan) and “Ukrainian credit bank”. The clan’s spheres of interest are power industry, oil and gas markets, metallurgy, shipbuilding, alcohol production, sugar industry, sport and mass media. The clan controls all-Ukrainian TV-channels “UT-1”, “1+1”, “Inter” and newspapers “Kiyevskie vedomosti”, “Business”, “2000”, “Den”and others, which have already got a “good” fame of ukrainophobic and totally Zionist mass media. As analysts point, the strategy of SDPU(o), the party of “Jewish regime in Ukraine”, is to gain a control over corrupted Ukrainian bureaucracy in order to give highly paid lobby “services”. At the same time SDPU(o) always support president Kuchma that, on the one hand, proves close informal relations between “united social-democrats” and president’s inner circle, and, on the other hand, stigmatizes the party in collective consciousness as anti-Ukrainian political power, which serves to “Jewish interests” and is served by Jews (for example, by such half-educated political technologists like Pogrebinski, Gelman, Pavlovski, Malinkovich etc.). Such an image of the party was influenced by odious figure of its leader – V. Medvedchuk. Thanks to well-known and solid research of D. Chobot published in a book “Narcissus”, Ukrainians get know that V. Medvedchuk (as well as his brother S. Medvedchuk – nowadays the first deputy chief of the State Tax Administration office, and before that – a head of tax-collectors in Lviv, where he was accused for several times in corruption) is a son of the collaborationist with Nazis’ occupation regime in Ukraine, who has been condemned later. Besides that during student years Medvedchuk as one of Communist Youth organization group leader together with two he-like “guards of the system” meanly and cruelly beat a under-age boy; Medvedchuk was imprisoned for this accident with his accomplices and expelled from Kyiv National University. Also it became known that without military service V. Medvedchuk managed to get a rank of colonel during 1,5-2 years of being at power (the same was played by his predecessor on the post and “orthodox” friend D. Tabachnyk) .

Clan of Donetsk

This is a clan of R. Akhmetov and V. Gaiduk The first inherited the “economy” of leading criminal Bragin, including the post of president of “Shachtar” football club. The second controls “Industrial Union of Donbas” (ISD) corporation, which takes care over all gas supplies to metallurgical fabrics. Holdings of Akhmetov are concentrated in “System Capital Management” group, which owns controlling amounts of stock of big metallurgical companies. According to analysts, this clan manages all quick assets of Donetsk region. The appointment of V.Yanukovych (close person to Akhmetov and Gaiduk) to the post of prime-minister brought the clan out to all-Ukrainian format. This group is presented by DCC Company in the communication market and “Ukraina” TV-channel as well as “Segodnia” publishing house in mass media. Besides that, Y. Zviagilski, a former acting premier of Ukraine, and his protégé V. Rybak, an ex-mayor of Donetsk and deputy of the Parliament, are also included in “Donetsk group”. The end of Zviagilski’s premier career (a co-head of the Jewish confederation of Ukraine) was shocking: he steal $ 300 millions and took it out to Israel, where he found shelter for while (look for: Прохоров Д. П. Спец­службы Израиля. – СПб.: Нева; М.: ОЛМА-ПРЕСС, 2002. C. 191). But later Kuchma’s Jewish partners (or his masters) returned Zviagilski back to Ukraine in a rank of the deputy of the Parliament and Kuchma himself awarded this Israeli (Zviagilski doesn’t hide his dual citizenship, which is prohibited by Ukrainian law) a title the Hero of Ukraine on the Homeland defender Day (!). It is impossible to imagine more violation and cynicism, but after that all Ukrainians know for sure what a scale of state crime it should be in order to receive the highest reward from Kuchma’s hands.

A few words about Zviagilski’s business. As Ukrainian and Russian mass media inform, Zviagilski firmly holds a Zasiadko coal-mine (a “champion” in a number of perished Ukrainian workers) and V.Rybak (a recent leader of “Regions of Ukraine” party) has a big influence upon medium business in Donetsk: construction, tally trade, etc. Also, the two keep control over the First Ukrainian International Bank, and Zviagilski, besides that, started actively to develop agrarian business. In alliance with Zviagilski’s structures and on the base of “Don” corporation the “Energo” concern was created together with Nusenkis, a former director of one of the coal-mines. In other words, this new company is just another Jewish business like many others.

In 2001 some B. Kolesnikov (a former director of confectionery), a representative of the clan and a person close to R. Akhmetov, became a head of the Donetsk regional council. Nusenkis has been running Ukrainian concern “Energo” from Moscow for several years. In Moscow, there is also an organization “Donetsk region country-men association”, one of the leaders of which is Y. Kobzon who was accused many times by mass media in relations with mafia (neither Russian nor Ukrainian). On the grounds of scandalous bargain of Ukrainian metallurgy giant “Kryvorizhstal” by structures of Pinchuk, Akhmetov and Medvedchuk, analysts note the tendency of rapprochement between Donetsk clan with Kuchma-Pinchuk and Medvedchuk formations that intensify a criminal situation in Ukraine.

Oligarchs from “Our Ukraine”

According to dictionaries the oligarch is a representative of a small group of exploiters, which govern country’s policy and economics. This group or governing system is called oligarchy (i.e. rule of a few). Thus whatever political power an oligarch includes himself, his exploiter essence toward nationals won’t change.

Analysts refer to this grand group such members of “Our Ukraine” party like P. Poroshenko, Y.Chervonenko, L.Chernovecki, D. Zhvanii and some other minor persons. Let us look at them.

The basis of Poroshenko’s business is “Ukrainian industrial investment concern”, which include according to mass media data more than 50 companies of different currents like “Roshen”Confectionary Corporation, “Kyiv shipbuilding factory “Lenin’s smithy”, motorcar business, “Mriya” bank, as well as all-Ukrainian “5 channel”, “Ishtar” TV-channel in Vinnitsa, and some newspapers. During parliamentary elections of 1998 Poroshenko was a member of SDPU(o). He joined this “Jewish interests” party’s fraction in the Parliament and according to party’s share became a chief of one subcommittee. Than he created a left-centre party “Solidarity”, which in autumn of 2000 entered a well-known “Party of Regions”(today its head is premier V. Yanukovych). In December 2001 he left the “Regions” in order to enter “Our Ukraine” electoral bloc of V. Yushchenko. Nowadays Poroshenko is a chief of the most influential Parliament’s commetee for budget. But according to some internet editions (http:// www.oligarh.net) a few years before that, he was a member of a “group of interests” together with V. Lytvyn, those days head of Presidential administration office and nowadays chair-man of the Parliament, who get in the “group” thanks to creation of pro-Kuchma political bloc “ZAEDU”. So, Poroshenko has been always swimming with a “main” pro-governmental party’s stream. Despite all that he is considered to be one of the closest companions of V. Yushchenko (being a godfather of Yushchenko’s child).

Another one among such “closests” is a Jew Y.Chervonenko (don’t be mistaken by his Ukrainian surname. It is very widespread among Jews to take surnames of nation’s majority (in this case Ukarinian) like Pinchuk, Lytvyn, Tkachenko, Rybak or Russian surnames like Maximov, Vasilyev, Saprykina, Tabachnyk, Kushnaryov, Voronin etc.). The basis of Chervonenko family business is “Orlan” concern (founders of which are represented by a group of other “orlans”: “Orlan-Trans”, “Orlan-Beverages”, “Orlan-Trade” ect.) and many satellite structures like “Ukrtrade-business”, “Ukrinterexpedycia”, “Techinvest”, “Polfort” firm and plenty of others.

The field of these family structures are traffic service, trade, advertising, beverage industry, commission business etc. This businessman has been always trimming his sails to the wind of policy. When Gorbachov’s perestroika has started, Chervonenko created a car-racing team under the name “Perestroika” and managed to meet with Gorbachov. After the collapse of USSR and the establishment of Kuchma’s rule in Ukraine Chervonenko elbowed his way to Kuchma, became a member of Ukrainian association of industrialist and businessmen (USPP)and member of Employers council under patronage of President of Ukraine; later he became a head of the Businessmen council under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In 1998 Cherovonenko became Kuchma’s advisor and in 2000 was appointed the head of the State Reserve Office. For loyal service he received an “Order of merit” of the 2^nd and 3^rd grade. Chervonenko also became a “cavalier” of scandalously famous Masonic “order of Stanislav”, in which Kuchma’s wife Liudmila is the “first cavalieristic lady”. During his management of state reserves the Office favoured “Agro-invest” internet edition that was owned by his brother – I. Chervonenko. Later the State Prosecutor office opened a file concerning this business, but Y. Chervonenko immediately accused the pro-govermental justice in anti-Semitism. This trick (which is often used by Jewish criminals in Ukraine) was made good use by him in struggle against S. Medvedchuk (V. Medvedchuk’s brother) who was in those days a head of Lviv tax-collector office. The interesting thing is that Chervonenko spread in Lviv some leaflets accenting on Jewish origin of Medvedchuk family. Only “warm and personals relations with Liudmila Kuchma” helped him to get out from these dangerous situations. As internet edition “Oligarch” (http://www.oligarh.net) has informed: “Liudmila Nikolayevna (Kuchma) being an informal head of presidents family is a sucker for flattery and Yevgeniy Alfredovich (Chervonenko) being in the opposition regularly vows fidelity not only to the guarantor of Constitution but also guarantor’s wife”.

Since 2000 all enterprises of Y. Chervonenko were officially registered for his wife. He regularly stated that only his presence in “Our Ukraine” fraction guarantees an international Jewish support for V.Yushchenko. Also he tried to set a contact between Yushchenko and Kuchma, i.e. he is a typical blackleg. From 2001 Chervonenko was heading the Care council of Rabinovich’s Jewish congress (nowadays he is just an assistant of this criminal leader). In 2002 together with a “famous” Y.Zigels he became a vice-president of Eurasian Jewish congress, the leader of which, O.Mashkevych, is wanted by British and Belgium police for crimes (more details in: Персонал Плюс (Personal Plus). – 2004. – № 30. – p. 2).

According to “Oligarch” internet edition, the rapprochement of Chervonenko with Rabinovich (a criminal who was imprisoned for 14 years and who is wanted by international inelegance services because of weapon illegal trading and assassinations) occurred when the first get in Yushchenko circles: “Jewish money drawn by Rabinovich flowing into “Our Ukraine” through Yevgeniy Alfredovich (Chervonenko)… Besides that Yevgeniy Alfredovich was several times accused that during meetings with Kuchma he try not only to arrange the contact between president and Yushchenko, but also betrays strategic plans and funding sources of “Our Ukraine”…No exception that with his way of nature a former racer would lavish praise on V. Medvedcuk or V.Yanukovych in November 2004. Chervonenko has really great experience in it”.

The another well-known oligarch who joined “Our Ukraine” is L.Chernoveckiy – a deputy of the Parliament and honorary president of “Pravex-bank”(that is the best ten of non-state banks in Ukraine). Chernoveckiy, as well as his “party co-members” Poroshenko and Chervonenko, always wandered around regime’s corridors. He worked as Kuchma’s advisor and member of the highest economic council for 3 years. Then he created a strange party “For beautiful Ukraine” and, at last, became a head of Christian-Liberal party. According to mass media accounts, Poroshenko helped Chernoveckiy to join “Our Ukraine” fraction. Despite it the latter nominated himself for president of all Ukraine for election. Chernoveckiy, who displays himself as a “big moralist” is known by trials with Kyiv mayor O.Omelchenko, that were political orders from Surkis, Medvedchuk and Kuchma (let us recall a dirty election campaign of Surkis for Kyiv mayor’s post). Perhaps, because of inability to fulfil the order, Surkis “punched “Chernoveckiy “twice in face” and then “fled from the Parliament”. This is a culture of parliamentary relations among Jewish deputies (by the way, Jew Chervonenko was repeatedly noticed in parliamentary battles as well as his co-national Brodskiy).

During his political career Chernoveckiy was a member of pro-governmental fractions of National Democratic Party and “Regions of Ukraine” that gave “Pravex-bank” a possibility to supply a row of official establishments and companies. Chernoveckiy is also famous for his love for super-luxurious cars, which he likes to drive by his own. On 2, November 2003 this racer on Mercedes knocked down a 20-year boy from Poltava region, who died in that accident. But Chernovecki was not punished for that. More of it, on 3, April 2003 a “Mercedes-600” that was registered in “Pravex-bank” knocked down to death an 11-year boy, and then disappeared from the accident site. Some eyewitnesses say that it was Chernoveckiy’s wife Alina Aivazova who drove the car. But this affair was suppressed by police because of pressure of “very powerful people who can avenge”. A. Aivazova (vice-president of “Pravexbank”) has connection to big protestant sect named “God’s embassy”, which is considered to be an analogue of “White brotherhood” fanatic organization because of using a principles of zombieng parishioners that, of course, affect the amount of donations (the latter are transferred to “Pravex-bank”).

In nowadays Ukraine a criminal oligarch-clan regime is established that bases on corrupted legislative, executive and judicial powers under the lead of president L. Kuchma who gathered around himself the businessmen of doubtful reputation (or criminals of present and past), mostly of Jewish nationality. They torment with exploiters’ brutality a foreign for them ethnic majority and representatives of ethnic minorities that are an inseparable part of Ukrainian peoples. It is a regime of Jewish oppressors by its essence, who stand over the law and use it only against their opponents (especially in the field of international and interreligious relations), accusing them in fictitious anti-Semitism and persecuting them. It is a rule of criminal antisocial nature. Therefore the quickest and total replacement of the regime at all levels of state governing is a main condition of existence of Ukrainian peoples and really independent Ukrainian State, where just re-privatization and nationalization of robbed nation’s property should be obligatory conducted.
